To reduce wait times for repair service, we employ qualified personnel to repair our drives at the customer’s site. If the drive does not show any significant damage, repairs or maintenance can be carried out on site. In this way, you can use our drives again in your production process without long waits and thereby reduce the downtime of your devices.

Spare Parts

After-sales service is an important element of our supply chain and a significant part of our company policy. We strive to provide our clients with the highest quality service, thus maintaining long-term relationships with them.

If necessary, a contract with an open delivery date can be concluded with the client. In this way, the supply of spare parts will become easier and delivery times will be reduced. Spare parts required by the customer will be reserved for him in our warehouse. In addition, by logging in (entering access data) in our online store, the customer can independently select the required spare parts for his drive and submit online requests. This will reduce the time required to complete additional questionnaires, as well as the time required to process requests.

Service Contracts

The service contract offers a complete service package and implies servicing the drives at certain intervals. To do this, we analyze the use of our rotary drives in your production and, together with you, determine at what time intervals maintenance should be carried out. The contract is concluded for a certain period and takes into account all spare parts and personnel work for repairs and maintenance.

Expenses arising due to the fault of the client, for example, due to breakdown of drives due to unclean working fluid or improper use, are excluded.
