(rotary movements around two axes)
Tunnel pipes are lined with concrete using the spray method. On top of the telescopic boom there is a hydraulic manipulator that directs the concrete stream. The remote control allows for turning movements (resembling the movement of a hand), which ensure an even application of the concrete layer.
The manipulator consists of two mated piston-screw rotary motors, which together form a compact unit and can operate independently of each other. The compressed air supply for the second drive is carried out through internal channels. There is no need for mobile supply lines. The manipulator offers the following advantages:
(hydraulic clutch of drive axles)
The impetus for the creation of a patent concept was design work to optimize the chassis of passenger cars for one well-known manufacturer. In this case, the device converts the ratio of two torques, which were launched by both drive axles, into a proportional hydraulic pressure difference.
When developing the drive concept, the parallel piston is additionally rigidly connected to the housing via a splined gear coupling of the piston shaft.
By applying pressure, the piston moves only translationally. Through the thread, the movement of the piston is converted into a rotary movement of both drive pins.
Depending on the client’s requirements, the following options can be implemented:
Same or divergent turning speed
Identical or divergent torque
